NexDM is a digital software product. Once a license key has been generated and delivered to your email, the product is considered "used".
We offer a 7-day technical guarantee. If the software fails to function on your hardware due to a core technical bug, and our support team cannot resolve it, you are eligible for a full refund.
Subscription plans (Monthly/Annual) can be cancelled at any time from your user dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
